Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers can request cancellations, refunds, or replacements for orders placed through our website www.rmslife.in.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

 

 

       
    • Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement or before the order is dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier.

 

       
    • To cancel an order, please contact our customer care team at support@rmslife.in or call +917309071415 with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

 

       
    • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

 


2. Refund Policy

 

 

       
    • Refunds are applicable only for orders that meet our cancellation criteria or in case of a defective or damaged product received.

 

       
    • Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during the purchase (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

 

       
    • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days after approval. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment gateway’s internal processes.

 

       
    • If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), a refund can be issued through a bank transfer once the returned product is received and verified.

 


3. Replacement & Return Policy

 

 

       
    • We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

 

       
    • To request a replacement, please send a clear image/video of the product and packaging to support@rmslife.in.

 

       
    • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.

 

       
    • Once the returned item is received and verified by our team, the replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days.

 


4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

 

 

       
    • Opened, used, or partially consumed wellness products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety concerns.

 

       
    • Personal care items, supplements, or customized Ayurvedic treatments once purchased are non-refundable.

 

       
    • Products purchased during special promotions, discounts, or limited-time sales are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless defective.

 


5. Order Delays & Failed Transactions

 

 

       
    • In case of failed or duplicate payments, the amount (if debited) will be refunded automatically by your bank or payment gateway within 7–10 working days.

 

       
    • If your payment is successfully completed but the order was not confirmed, please contact our support team for manual verification and resolution.

 

       
    • RMS Life will not be responsible for any delays caused by technical issues or third-party payment gateway downtime.

 


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

 

 

       
    • If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

 

       
    • We will verify the issue and either send a replacement or process a refund as per our policy.

 

       
    • Failure to report within the specified time frame will make the order ineligible for return or refund.

 


7. Shipping & Handling Costs

 

 

       
    • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

 

       
    • For approved returns or replacements, RMS Life may cover the reverse shipping cost in case of a damaged or incorrect product.

 

       
    • If the customer initiates a return for reasons other than product damage, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

 


8. Refund Approval Criteria

 

Refunds will be approved only after verifying the following conditions:

 

 

       
    • The issue was reported within the defined time frame.

 

       
    • The product is returned in original, unused condition (where applicable).

 

       
    • Proof of purchase and order ID are provided.

 

       
    • RMS Life’s internal verification process confirms the claim’s validity.
